Welcome Peggy Maricle to FIRST Wisconsin as Our New Administrative Business Coordinator

Teams can focus on learning, building, coding, leading, and competing because someone is helping keep the moving parts aligned.

That is why FIRST Wisconsin is excited to welcome Peggy Maricle as our new Administrative Business Coordinator.

Peggy joins the team in a role that touches nearly every part of the organization’s daily work. She will support business operations by managing day-to-day office tasks, coordinating administrative communications and financial tracking, helping strengthen internal systems, and assisting with the many details that help FIRST Wisconsin deliver meaningful programs across the state.

Her arrival comes at an exciting time. FIRST Wisconsin continues to support a growing number of students, mentors, volunteers, coaches, sponsors, educators, and families through programs that help young people build confidence, technical skills, teamwork, and a lasting sense of possibility. Peggy’s work will help make those experiences possible.

What Peggy brings to the role

Peggy steps into a position with years of coaching experience at every level of FIRST. Her deep belief in the program's impact led her to start a regional nonprofit and help launch Wisconsin's first FTC league.

Strong organization is not only about filing information in the right place. It is about helping people know what comes next. It is about reducing confusion. It is about making sure details do not get lost when a busy season is underway. Peggy’s role will help strengthen that support. Her work will contribute to clear communication and a welcoming experience for the people who interact with FIRST Wisconsin.
