The FIRST Wisconsin Engagement Committee & FIRST Alumni of Madison are excited to host a FIRST Mentor Development Initiative (MDI) – Midwest Workshop- a one-day event designed to bring mentors together from across the region to connect, collaborate, and create a roadmap for stronger mentor support.

Running a FIRST event requires a dedicated crew of volunteers, including specialized Senior Key Volunteers who help ensure every event runs smoothly, consistently, and in line with FIRST standards for each specific role.
